CSL offers a 30 day return policy on all defective merchandise, CSL will pay all standard return cost.
After 30 days the customer will need to return any item for service.
Call for a UPS return label if any item is defective during the first 30 day period for fast servicing
IMPORTANT:
By purchasing or using Lithium-Li-ion battery lighting, the buyer assumes all risks associated with lithium batteries.
If you do not agree with this condition do not purchase.
We require all buyers purchasing Lithium-ion batteries & packs must be professionals and be a where of the precaution and safeguards needed for this type of product.
Never charge batteries unattended due to the amount of current a ion battery can put out.
Never connect the product to a rheostat (variable resistor) or dimmer circuit, even if the rheostat or dimmer channel serves only as a 0 to 100% switch.
If the product is plugged into a charger or in a charge mode remove the charger connections after charging
or turn the ON/Off switch to the Off position. No more than 12 lights should be plugged into a single electrical circuit.
Never store or charge battery pack in extreme temperatures.
Store battery at room temperature between 40 and 80 degrees F for best results.
Do not expose battery pack to direct sunlight (heat) for extended periods.
A foam extinguisher, CO2, ABC dry chemical, powdered graphite, copper powder or soda (sodium carbonate) should be present at any charging area.
